Refund policy

Our products are consumable goods (e.g. paper, receipt rolls, toilet paper). Therefore, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.
1. Returns only in case of defect or wrong delivery
A return is only possible in the following cases:

The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

The wrong item was delivered
In all other cases – particularly for opened, partially used, or unsealed packages – returns are excluded.
2. Timeframe and procedure
Defects or wrong deliveries must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the goods by email at info@novexa.ch.
Please include photos of the defect so we can review your case. Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
3. Shipping and risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer as soon as we hand over the order to the postal service or courier.
We do not assume liability for delays or errors caused by the shipping provider.
4. Refunds
If a return is approved, the refund will be made only to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Cash refunds are not possible. Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. No right of withdrawal
Please note: There is no general right of withdrawal as in the EU. Returns are only possible under the conditions stated above.
6. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.
