1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop with Novexa GmbH, Dorfstrasse 17, 8185 Winkel, Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in CHF, including statutory VAT (where applicable) and excluding shipping costs.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Cash refunds are not possible.

4. Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the address you provide.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the postal service or courier.
Novexa GmbH is not liable for delays or errors caused by the shipping provider.

5. Returns and refunds

Our products are consumable goods. Returns are only possible in the following cases:

• The goods are defective or damaged upon delivery

• The wrong item was delivered

Returns are excluded if packages have been opened, partially used, or otherwise not in their original condition.
Defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods to info@novexa.ch.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Novexa GmbH until full payment has been received.

7. Liability

Novexa GmbH is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.

8. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.
